Annual Giving 2014

The Chapter name change and creation of County Captains were implemented to let you know that EPC appreciates the 41 counties we serve, and that we understand the need to come to you. We have heard many times that events are too far away. In 2015, we plan to triple the number of locations for programming from 5 to 15 counties. This includes more education, more family programs, a men’s group, and a new women’s retreat.

As a result, EPC must be prepared to handle more requests for safety equipment, college scholarships, financial assistance, and expenses related to new educational initiatives and family-oriented activities. We ask that you please help us further achieve our mission of service.

Thank you, and Happy Holidays!

What EPC means to our family is Empowerment. Ever since our youngest son was born with severe hemophilia, the staff at EPC has always been there with a listening ear, resources, and advice. More importantly, they have provided us with a network of families, who have become our extended family. We feel empowered to live our lives to the fullest while successfully dealing with the challenges of hemophilia.

- Lorie Kerstetter, Lancaster County

EPC means caring and sharing. The chapter has always been there to support us, educate us, and make the journey of living with hemophilia a little easier.

- Jolene Scicchitano, Northumberland County

We all have our own personal stories of bravery. But each of our courageous experiences and stories have one common thread- it all starts with fear. I did not feel brave until I was introduced to such an amazing support system created by great families and the staff of the EPC. It has been a gift for me to have the opportunity to connect with such loving and giving community members. Thank you for allowing me to be brave!

- Holly Coleman, Centre County
